About us
At the iFly paragliding school we have been helping people take their first steps into the air since 2006. We guide them from their first contact with the wing all the way to flying solo, and for everyone else we open up the view from above with a tandem flight. What guides us is the joy of flying, respect for nature and a responsible attitude towards this sport.
A personal approach and step-by-step progress
We believe in a personal approach and in gaining experience step by step. We teach in small groups, so that we can give each person our attention. Progress follows your own skill level, while dates and sites follow the weather. Along with handling the wing, we want you to develop sound judgement and confidence in your own abilities.
From the first day to flying solo
If paragliding appeals to you, start with the taster course. You get to know the equipment, try handling the wing and find out whether you would like to learn to fly. The beginner and advanced courses then prepare you step by step for the paragliding pilot exam and for flying on your own. For experienced pilots we also run tandem pilot and instructor training.
Tandem flights
For the experience of flying without any prior knowledge we run tandem flights with experienced pilots. We take off from Ambrož pod Krvavcem at 1,320 metres, about half an hour by car from Ljubljana. All the flying equipment is provided, and depending on the conditions the flight lasts from 15 minutes to an hour.
Where we learn to fly
We run our courses at several sites across Slovenia, chosen according to the type of training and the conditions. That way every step happens in a place that suits your level — from the first exercises on the training slope to high flights.

Behind iFly stands FSP, d. o. o., a company based near Vodice. Our aim is to give you solid foundations on which you can build your own flying story.
