The role of FSP and subcontractors
FSP, d.o.o. is the operator of the iFly.si website, the seller or contractual provider of services and the organiser of bookings. Tandem flights are carried out by independent actual operators holding a valid permit from the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (CAA) for commercial passenger transport; courses are delivered by FSP or a qualified subcontractor. You will receive the details of the actual operator of your flight in the ticket before the flight.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
FSP, d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute, unless the company subsequently publishes otherwise.
A consumer may send a complaint to info@ifly.si or to the business address of FSP, d.o.o. FSP endeavours to respond without undue delay. If the complaint is not upheld, FSP provides the consumer with reasons in its response, together with the information required by the applicable legislation on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (IRPS).
The data complies with Article 7 of the Act on Electronic Commerce in the Market (ZEPT) and Article 45 of the Companies Act (ZGD-1).
