Ordering process
- In the shop, pick the gift card you want or call us for a custom amount.
- Fill in the recipient's details and your own in the order form.
- Complete the payment — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
- We'll send you a personalized card by email (PDF) or by physical mail.
How the recipient redeems the gift card
- The gift card has a unique code.
- They enter it on the redemption page (link is in the PDF and email).
- They pick a date that works for them and confirm the booking.
- No extra payment — the gift card covers everything.

Voucher validity
The gift voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is stated on the voucher.
The voucher is considered redeemed in time if the holder submits a booking or date request before the expiry date; the flight itself may take place on a later date due to the weather.
If a confirmed date is cancelled by us or the operator due to the weather, the voucher is not forfeited — a replacement date is possible even after the original validity has expired.
The voucher is transferable; the recipient name is just a personalisation.
